Ingredients for 6: 130 gr flour 120 gr potato starch
1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon baking
2.5 dl milk 1 egg 2 medium potatoes
60 g butter 150 g smoked
chives and salt
Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 40 minutes, drain, peel and mash with potato masher.
Grease and flour 12 muffin molds. Sift the flour with the starch, add sugar, yeast, milk, a pinch of salt, melted butter and egg in a water bath. Mix well.
Stir in mashed potatoes, the smoked cheese, tiny pieces and chopped chives finely.
Fill the molds 3 / 4 full and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Make cool and serve with cold meats or smoked salmon.
