Mascarpone Cream Muffins Potato

serves 6:

2 eggs 40 g sugar 250 g mascarpone


cereal biscuits cocoa powder

Separate the whites and reds.
Beat yolks with sugar until light and creamy and foamy. Add the mascarpone
mixing slowly.
Beat stiff the whites with a pinch of salt. Join us
dough gently, do not remove them.
Crumble a biscuit on the bottom of each cup / bowl, cover with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
Serve cookies or decorate with chopped almonds / nuts / pistachio.
