salmon & asparagus risotto
It happens that my mother has collected and cleaned his hands of his imperial asparagus hedge ...
happens that at lunch the roasted salmon remained in the pot because I passed the appetite ...
happens in a jar that had survived three sun-dried tomatoes, I remember the summer ...
happens that my husband had "wanted something good" ...
Well, here's my risotto tonight:
Sauté onion, diced asparagus and rice in olive oil, blend with the wine (Muscat of my white parts), add the dried tomatoes into small pieces and the chopped salmon. Wet
until cooked, stir in a goccino cream and a tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
My husband liked: I have not done in time for the photo ...
