something to see ... is out! Merry Christmas

Good intentions, of course, count for nothing. The year 2010 ended with the promise of being more present: the year 2011 opened with a long silence.
But now we're back, and with a small but interesting news: this.
It 's the new issue of the New Civilization of Machines , the new series of a prestigious journal with a long and glorious history (the index can be found here ).
The file has a substantial middle section dedicated to media and history, "and, at some point, also known as home movies . The two articles on this subject have been written by Andrea Sangiovanni Annacarla and Valerian, two of the heads of our archive. What is called Andrea
Home movies: the story in miniature , and is a reflection on the potential that films have a family as a source for the story. What
Annacarla, however, has a title so eloquently state it is sufficient to understand what it is: From family portrait a new social history.
